Measured Building Surveys are produced using the latest E.D.M Total Stations.

They are processed using  Terramodel and Autocad and presented in AutoCAD or .DXF format.

Hard Copy is also available on stable plastic film or paper at suitable scales.

Floor Plans:

Floor plan surveys are provided to Client's specification usually at 1/50 scale.

They are controlled by survey instrument traverses with all floors reduced to a common

datum and grid.   This ensures that  the building is accurately surveyed and not assumed to

be square, vertical or  level.

Elevations:   

Elevation or Building Facade surveys are provided to Client's specification usually at 1/100 scale

using Reflectorless E.D.M Total Stations with the above survey processing methods.

Firm quotations are provided  using our Client's specifications and perhaps existing floor plans.
