Our building surveys are detailed, easy to read and always completed down to the finest details. As surveyors we are known for our attentive service.

We use the latest advancements in surveying technology

Our measured building surveys are produced using the latest advancements in E.D.M Total Station and GPS technology.

They are then processed using Terramodel^© plus AutoCAD^© and are presented for the customer in AutoCAD .dwg or .dxf format. We also offer hard copies on paper at suitable sizes.

Floor plans provided for all measured building surveys

Floor plans are provided to the client and are usually presented at 1/50 scale.

They are controlled by survey instrument traverses and all floors are reduced to a common datum and grid. This ensures that the building is accurately surveyed and not assumed to be square, vertical or level.

Firm quotations are provided for our clients using their own specifications and if possible, from existing floor plans.
